I suggest you start with the default RetroArch configuration, then add just the video rotation parameter and see how each core behaves. By default, RetroArch should use the whole screen if no scaling is applied to the videoport.

I recommend you start with the default RetroArch configuration, as I said before. The default video driver in RetroPie is the
gldriver. -
@mitu I reset to default, and the emulators don't start, besides the ppsspp one

I solved, resetting to default, and after putting aspect_ratio_index = "21" , and also the rotation, thank you very much for the help I love you haha
