so i set up the emulator on retropie so i can open the emulator settings by pressing "select" on my controller and "F1" on my keyboard.

i go to the options and set my controller from "Standard" to "analog" so i can enjoy metal gear solid with analog controls. but the game becomes unresponsive and does not register my button presses.

when i exit to the PSX ROM selection menu to reload the game, the game doesn't load and takes me back to the selection menu again.

i've even tried loading all of my other PSX games as well, only to get the same result.

if i reload my settings back to the original, everything loads fine. but if i want to set up my controller for analog controls, nothing loads anymore.

      i don't get it.

      pls halp

@wingman626 possibly fixed by this: https://github.com/libretro/pcsx_rearmed/pull/51

we need to wait until it's accepted by libretro

I actually use the lr-pcsx-rearmed from retropie 3.7. I had the same problems on the latest version along with the mess of problems with the added multitap and not being able to have second player on analog.
