I can not install Redream from the expirimental packages, the option simply isn't there.
      alt text

      Pi Model: RPI 4B 4GB
Power Supply used: Official power supply
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.6.1
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: Keyboard & generic D-input controller
      Controller used: generic D-input controller
File: (File with issue - with FULL path)
      Emulator: Redream
      How to replicate the problem:
      (1). SSH into retropie

      sudo ~/RetroPie-Setup/retropie_setup.sh

      (2). "Update Retropie-Setup script" >> "Yes"

(3). "Manage Packages" >> "Manage Expirimental Packages" >> "Redream"

      (4). I make a sad face :-(

Yes, can confirm this happens - the issue is not in RetroPie, but in the underlying OS packages/configuration. We'll see how we can tackle this.

I'm actually having the same issue over here. Same specs and release version.

@Valcidious There's no point in 'me too' comments - it's an issue for everyone at this moment.

The issue should be fixed now, installation should work.

I didn't have that problems on 4 SD cards i did but that is because on RetroPie itself when you are in the frontend you would go in the RetroPie setup in the option like settings instead of doing the whole retropie_setup.sh.

@Ecks Not sure how it applies to this topic - the issue existed no matter how you tried to install the package.

@mitu I was just saying that i didn't have issues with the way i did it and not the method he was doing.

@Ecks The problem existed for a limited timeframe and it was an external factor at stake - not in RetroPie. The fact that you didn't experience it means you didn't run the installation at that particular time.
