    Adding pi 4 info and new emulators to official documentation

      Ive noticed there are a number of gaps in the official documentation en regards to the pi 4 and some of the more recently available emulators like redream (even some ports and emulators that have been around for a while are missing too). I'd like to start working on adding some of this info to the official documentation but since some of the emulators are still considered experimental and the pi 4 is considered in beta, I didn't know if this would be appreciated or considered premature. Thanks!

        @quicksilver I'd argue this is a good idea. It's possible for some systems you'd need info for pi3 and some for pi4, as I imagine n64 is a whole different kettle of fish between them. Especially how there was lots of compatibility lists for n64 on pi3 and it became a bit of a mess.
