First of all, a big Kudos to the RetroPie team on the version 4.6 release. I finally got to install it on my Pi4, overclocked to 2GHz and everything is SOOO much better now (especially N64 and Jaguar)!

Anyway, my question is about controller mapping for Dreamcast using lr-flycast. Games seem to work great, but the control mapping is really weird, in particular racing games seem to have the accelerator button missing. Unreal tournament also has a very unnatural control map.

So I see that there are a number of mappings in /opt/retropie/configs/dreamcast/ and according runcommand.log, it is, in fact, using that mapping directory. The log doesn't say which mapping it's using, though. The github article for dreamcast has a mapping config file for the controller I'm using (8BitDo SN30 Pro) but I'm just not sure where to put it.

@kjgregory83 you might want to try out redream. For now it has better performance/compatability on the pi 4 then flycast does and controller mapping is a breeze.
