Reicast control mapping in Picade not working.

Hi, i've a picade with raspberry 4 and retropie 4.6.
Anyone knows how to configure the picade-hat with reicast ? I've try to map it following instruction here : https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/Dreamcast and later on try the configuration from the retropie-setup menu, but no way. Have anyone any idea ?
