new to retropie having trouble with an theme called steampunk
-
@mitu /yes this is exactly what is asking me to do its asking me to put in konami code but nothing happens after i put it in
-
@mitu i believe it was telling me i was entering into kid mode
-
See my previous reply.

@alucardvania Have you tried the code with a USB Keyboard rather than a Joypad (I think this will only work if you've previously configured the keyboard through "Configure Input" though).
That works for me, I have to do the Konami code via keyboard, doesn't work with my joypad. If that isn't an option, then changing the config as Mitu said will work for sure.

You allready asked this in "general discussion".

@AdamBeGood thing is i onli configured my joypad is theree a defalt settinng for what keys are A and B on keyboaard
-
@alucardvania I don't believe there is a default for the keyboard - give it a mash to check!
Really though, I think you are going to have to go the config route. I presume you have a PC?

@AdamBeGood as far as he is not able to give some Information about his setup as mitu requested he might also not be able to configure a keyboard.
I guess he wants a plug and play system and uses a prebuilt image without carying about how things are working.
I recommend to buy a Nintendo or Playstation.
