Scraping Help Needed

Butchered my scaping and looking for some help...
I used Skraper.net to scrape all my ROMs, worked great but got hung up on GB and N64 ROMs. When I exited out from those two, I found that no images were associated with the games. I ran the built-in Retropie scraper, it downloaded all the images (static box, not videos, but I can live with that). But, after a reboot, images for those systems were lost. Installed Skyscraper and ran it, rebooted, no images saved. I had checked the enable videos section but there's nothing in the opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/downloaded_media/n64/videos folder.
Is there a way to start from scratch for just those systems? Not sure what files I need to delete to basically start over with those two systems.
Thanks for any help.

WRT skyscraper, did you hit 'generate gameslist.xml' before rebooting. If not, you may still have all your scraped files cached on your pi, just waiting for a new gameslist.xml before they work.

Yes, I did, that part actually took longer than the scraping, I think Skyscraper saw that the videos were already there, and just rebuilt the .xml file, but as I said, as soon as I reboot, the images for those 2 systems disappear. I can rescrape with the built-in scraper and get boxart...but those vanish on reboot.

Are the files scraped present on disc ? Are you exiting EmulationStation cleanly, from the menu ?
-
@mitu Do you mean the ROMs? Yes, they are all there. I've rebooted from ES as well as powering off and on.

No, I mean the images scraped - are they still present after you reboot ? Is the description of the game saved ?
-
@mitu Oh, sorry. Yes, the list of games is still there, just no associated images/videos.
So...go figure...decided to re-scrape those 2 game sets with Skraper...and, bingo, it worked, all images and videos are there, restarted and rebooted just to confirm. Not sure what Skraper does, almost like it made a proprietary setup, but either way, it's working so I guess I should be happy :-)
Thanks for your help!!
