I'm trying to make tmnt on my fba rom set to hard how do you get to the on screen minu like you can In mame

FBA doesn't have such menu - only MAME does.

idk about fbalpha2012, but in fbneo those settings are available through core options.
i'm wondering though, why are you using the old fbalpha2012 instead of fbneo ? you have a very old raspberry pi or something ?
