Ps3 controller clone (shanwan) lag

I tried everything on my raspberry pi 4 with last official build 4.6.2 i used to use this controller on my raspberry pi 2 now I have a lot of lag. I made a little video to show!
I only can use ps3controller drive I tried sixaxis no luck. I even tried a friends ps4 controller keeps disconnecting after find the controller.
