yes it's connected , and as i said when i'm trying to update the retropie script it won't update, it says "couldn't successfully build omxiv - openMAX image viewer of the raspberry pi (omxiv.bin not found)" , i was thinking maybe that's was preventing the download from binary/source appear , and btw there's something also wrong with the os or something it says "raspbian/debian jessie and versions of ubuntu 18.04 or below are no longer supported please install retropie from a fresh image (or if running ubuntu , upgrde your os)",it says that every time i enter the retropie setup, and sorry for not mentioning that before , btw i downloaded emulators and downloaded some games and i can play them and everything but as i said my problem is the DS emulator and some update stuff like the os thing i mentioned

Yes, that would be a big hint that your installation is no longer supported and that's the reason drastic - and other packages - are not installing. Use a recent version of RetroPie from retropie.org.uk/download to install and you shouldn't have this problem.
