Hey guys, I bought the Atari Vault package today for the ROMS, and I love the Atari 2600 roms so far. However, I can't get the arcade roms to work. They don't work in the 2600 emulator, and the arcade emulators all require zip files, not the .bin they all came in. I tried compressing one of them into a zip, but it still didn't run (for clarification, i click on it, and then it either goes black and stays, or it turns black and then kicks me back to emulationstation). Anyone know how I can get these arcade roms to work? I know which ones are arcade and which ones are 2600 by the description in steam. I couldn't find this answer anywhere.

Note: I split your post from the original topic, since it's a support question.

The arcade .bin files need to be converted to a compatible .zip file, the only reference I found was this script that creates compatible .zip files for Mame2003.

@MarkGryzwa When I try to start any listed Arcade game no matter the settings I have the screen fades to black and after several seconds returns to the menu for Arcade. I have the .zip files in the arcade directory. What am I missing?

@MarkGryzwa If your problem is not not related to running the arcade roms included in the Atari Vault game package, then I suggest you open a separate topic and provide the info asked in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first
