      I would like to press Select + Start buttons to quit Amiberry. I have already configured it that way for all other emulators. However I found no way yet to get it working.

      I also tried with Hotkey and Quit Key, however Hotkey seems to be ignored.

      Does anybody have an idea for me ?

        Can you add more info about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first ?
        Amiberry should read and understand RetroArch's auto-configuration files, so Hotkey + Start should exit. You need to use a - relatively - recent of version of Amiberry for that. See more details on the Amiberry Input documentation page.
