Got a v2 F500 arcade stick to use with my rpi4b 8gb retropie. It doesn't seem to work in Dinput mode, the Pi fails to recognise it at all, and the mixer light flashes yellow. It does work in XInput mode, as it a generic joystick, and i find the is quite a bit of lag compared to the other wired or BT 8bitDo controllers i use.

Emailed Mayflash and they replied saying f500v2 isn't compatible with Retropie... Anyone else have experience with this?

I had the same issue on my PC with that stick. There's a TINY little note in the instructions that I found:

"DINPUT Mode: press and hold 'Start' and 'Y/triangle' for 3-5 seconds to switch to DINPUT mode."
(with the switch down in DIN/PS3/SNK position)

        That might help.
