Retropie cancel the menu left to right between emulators

Hey ,
So i wonder if i can make the go between games from left to right cancel after iam in a psx folder .
For example im in the folder games of psx i dont wont the left and right go to other emulators, just when i quit the psx folder games .
Can it by done ?

Main Menu => UI Settings => set to off the Quick System Select.
