Amiberry, WHDLoad games do not start.
-
For a number of reasons I installed the latest version of Retropie (retropie-buster-4.6-rpi2_rpi3.img), and accordingly the latest version of Amiberry v3.2.1 (i tried from both sources and binaries). The board is a Raspberry Pi3.
WHDLoad games are not launched from Retropie. Amiberry just always boots with my custom config, and starts my installed AOS 3.1. -
@svk77 Did you update also your RetroPie-Setup script ?
-
@mitu Yes, I did as midwan advised
https://github.com/midwan/amiberry/issues/690
did not help -
Can you post the contents of
/dev/shm/runcommand.log
, taken after launching a game, and your configuration ? -
@mitu what kind of configuration should i post?
I can make a report tomorrow -
Do you have a custom
.uae
you created ? -
@mitu OK I understood.
runcommand.log and my_custom.uaeon retropiŠµ 4.5, and amiberry versions below the latest, everything worked fine.
my config, and whdload games, and cd32 games, from retropie menu... -
By the way, I also tried to do a full update of the retropie - after the reboot, the retropie did not load at all, it hung on the rainbow screen at the very beginning.
I had to re-write the image to the SD card. -
In general, I have no idea what it was, but ... I once again updated the retropie setup script, and once again uninstalled and installed amiberry from the sources. And (magic) everything finally worked as it should ... amazing (sarcasm)
