Redream - Can I completely disable vibration / jump pack?

Has anyone found a way in Redream to completely disable vibration aka the Jump Pack?
In redream.cfg I see touch_haptic=1 but changing that to 0 has no effect.Best method I can find is to go into individual games and turn it off in the game itself and save the settings to VMU. Only issue there is if you have too many games you can fill the VMU save blocks pretty quick.
