A thought just came to mind I'm pretty sure https://pokemmo.eu has a linux version. Has anyone attempted to get this game running using the retropie image?

It's probably just a PC (x86) version of the game, which will not work on a Pi - might work if you install RetroPie on a PC though.

i read this but i'm not sure if it would run on a pi either

Wait this might actually work if I create folder for it and somehow create a shortcut for it in ports.

I downloaded the portable version of PokeMMO and put it in the roms/ports folder and I get this error. Would anyone know a fix for this?

@mitu sorry to necrobump, but as far as I know, pokemmo is written in java so it might be possible. Got it working on the lxde desktop, not sure about how to run it without the xserver though. also it is available in the repos
