      RPi3
      Retropie 4.6
Updated to latest Set-up Script 4.6.7

I'm not seeing any other issues other than I can't get the Atari800 games to scrape. I've done many searches on this and come up with one reddit conversation that I don't understand the offered solution.

I've tried both scraper sorces in Retropie (GamesDB and Screenscraper) as well as the Skyscraper in the Retropie setup menu.

What can I do to get this working? It's more-or-less my last item on my checklist.

      Thanks!

PS... I even have A5200 and A800 working side-by-side without issues.. so I really tried getting the scraper to work.

I checked with the built-in scrapers and it seems to work - by using TheGamesDB as a source. There might be an issue with ScreenScraper as a source, I'll check it out later.

The name of the file is important, at least with TheGamesDB as a source, can you give some examples of ROMs that don't scrape ?

          Hi. I'm using a TOSEC (2014-10-30-cm) set of images... here's a few.

          007 - The Living Daylights (1987)(Domark)(GB)
          747 Landing Simulator (1981)(APX)(US)[BASIC]
          Ace of Aces (1987)(Accolade)(US)[a]
          Action Biker (1985)(Mastertronic)(US)
          Agent USA (1984)(Scholastic Wizware)(US)
          Airwolf (1985)(Elite)(GB)[cr N.A.P.O.][k-file]

I tried both thegamesdb and screenscraper. Not one of these came up. I'm not seeing any other issues with my other lists/emulators.

I just did a manual lookup for Ace of Aces, Airwolf and Action Biker at thegamesdb.net and Atari800 is not one of the platforms for those titles. Maybe that is your issue?

@stoney66 yes it has something to do with that. I can't scrape Atari 800 games as an Atari 800. Not sure how to "fool" the system into scraping the games.

I read that I have to flag the 800 as an AtariXE or something. Not sure how that's done.

This is the only reference to my problem I have found...

I checked one of the entries against ScreenScraper info and it's there. I think there might be an error on the EmulationStation side by searching in the wrong system/platform (Atari 2600 instead of Atari 800).

It's a bug in EmulationStation, it incorrectly queries ScreenScraper with the wrong 'platform'. It will be fixed, but for now maybe try and use Skyscraper for scraping Atari800 ?

                    @mitu Ok, I'll give Skyscraper a try.

It looks like they're listed under "Atari 8-bit" instead of calling it Atari 800, maybe because it included all versions of the 400/800 system?

Thanks for fishing this out, and hopefully will be an easy fix for you and the team.

                    Best,

                    JR
