I was playing a game the game froze I couldn't do anything so i unplug it then plug it back in. It boots up a little then stops. It says [ 1.113221] ---[ end kernel panic - not syncing : no working init found. Try passing init = option to kernel. Is there a way to fix this without losing everything?

Looks like a corrupted sdcard. Can you show the complete error (take screenshot maybe) ?

The picture doesn't show the error start (though it may be off-screen), but the init not found message means the kernel doesn't have access to the sdcard's files.
Try to backup your image, then use 7Zip to read the .img file, you may be able to recover some data.
