Hi all, I cannot access the retroarch menu (while in a game)
      My system is as follows:

      Raspberry pi 3B
      Power supply 2.5A
      IPAC 2 controller
      Joysticks (8 positions)
      Retropie 4.7.1

I press the Hotkey (Start) + X or + Y and it doesn't work, i also tried with a Keyboard and i cannot access the menu.
Is that because i have to enable the input_menu_toggle in the main retroarch? or is there any other reason?

      Thanks in advance.

If it's disabled, then yes, you need to enable it and set it to the button you mapped as X on your IPAC and also make sure you a hotkey set-up (input_enable_hotkey).

@mitu thanks again for your help. That worked and I'm able to see the retroarch menu while in the game.
I have the bezel project setup and I was trying to change the bezel settings as they take a bit of the game screen (left and right mainly). Is there a way to change the settings on the bezel itself? Or will I have to reduce the game screen size?
          Thanks again

@billy if i recall correctly the bezels are configured in game override .cfgs. if you provide a verbose log we can see the .cfgs involved, and see what one you would need to edit.

@dankcushions i'm not sure i know what you mean by that. I checked the /dev/shm/ folder and it's empty. So i don't know what verbose login means.
The issue i have is the bezels around the games, so the show overlapping the edges of the games. In some of them you can't see important information of the game. So it's either reducing the bezel frame or reducing the game to fit into the bezel space.

read my link carefully. it explains what a log is, and how to produce one.
