I have been downloading packages for my raspberry pi 4 through the opt packages inside of the RetroPie setup! Everything was going well and all the ports that I downloaded were showing up! I restarted my raspberry pi and now I can only see the ones that start with the letter S on the Jump to... section! When I try and change it off the letter S it is completely stuck and won't let me change to any other letter or to any other category! I'm not sure how to fix this and all my other sections work perfectly! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of the packages still have the issue!

Do you see the other ports in the ports folder if you look via the file manager ?

That's normal, EmulationStation lets you choose from the existing entries, if you only have games with starting with S, only S is for 'jumping'.

@mitu solved it was a bad port that caused it for some reason! thought it was in my opt but was in my exp ports and was for some reason freezing the letter selection to S after uninstalling worked just fine!
