      Hello!

      Raspberry 3b+
      original power source
      retropie-buster-4.7.1-rpi2_3.img.gz
an usb keyboard and mouse dongle
      8bitdo usb dongle connected to a sn30 pro+

Retropie seems to have detected the 8bitdo dongle just fine and mapped all the keys.
The NES emulator works just fine it seems .. I can exit...

Tried using Dosbox to launch PoP but for some reason it stays crouched... it moved left/right but then crouches again if not pressing anything.
I managed to map a key to the shutdown functionality so I can exit from dosbox using the controller...

Then thought to use SDLPoP. Pressed ctrl+j from the keyboard .. but still, the controller only seems to move left right ( the abxy keys don't seem to do anything ).
Can't figure out how to exit using the controller.

So anybody can help me identify, debug and/or fix the issues... ?

      Thanks !

found exactly the same with my sn30 pro, did you find a solution?

I remember somebody had it setup and running with the same controller on the playstation classic.

          Solved it.

For anybody wondering, you must delete the fle SDLPoP.ini
run prince to generate it again (rename to .ini)
          uncomment the gamecontroller line
          download the file https://github.com/gabomdq/SDL_GameControllerDB/blob/master/gamecontrollerdb.txt
into the same folder where prince is.

          Voila'!
