SOLVED: Amiberry keyboard "Enter" gives "P"

Hi,
I am now having trouble with Amiberry, I have a USB Keyboard with mouse pad and a single PS3 controller plugged in.In Amiberry's Input page I, the options I see in the port menu drop downs are
None
Mouse
RetroArch Keyboard as Joystick [#1]
ShanWan Gioteck PS3 2.4G Wireless ControllerNo matter which port I assign the keyboard to, pressing the enter key gives a "p". There are no reassignments on the Custom Controls page.
Can anyone offer any pointers as to what I'm doing incorrectly please?
I'm running on a Raspberry pi 4B with 2GB Ram & the official PSU.
I have Retropie 4.7.1 (c7080175) running on Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website.
IIRC, Amiberry was built from source.
USB Devices connected:
Lexar 128GB USB3.0 Flash, containing ROMs.
Sandstrom SKBWLTP17 Wirelesss USB Keyboard (connected but not configured in remap options for this ROM.)
itworks HB4300W 4 port USB 2.0 Hub with:

OK, i worked it out. Please consider this help request closed.
For anyone else having the same issue: don't map the "Retroarch keyboard as joystick" to any of the four available ports in Amiberry's controls menu.
The keyboard then works as a keyboard. I find it counter intuitive, but hey! It works.
