(x86) PCSX2 per-game profiles, still possible?
-
So there's this thread in the "Useful guides" section:
https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/13727/individual-per-game-profiles-for-pcsx2-x86-only
But that method doesn't work anymore, as pointed out in this thread from 2019, as the ps_iso_tool linked in the original thread no longer compiles:
https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/21808/pcsx2-x86-only-configs/
@mitu posted a different source for ps_iso_tool in that thread (https://github.com/CaptainCPS/PS_ISO_Tool ) that apparently worked, but is now no longer on GitHub. So I guess my question is...is there a way to do this in 2021?

Alright, update, it is still possible. I modified the code in the original post to create folders based on the game name instead of relying on ps_iso_tool to extract a game ID and creating folders based on that. Seems to be working perfectly.
(I have absolutely no idea how to code, so I'm kinda shocked I was able to figure this out.)
