      Hi,

I recently upgraded all packages on my pi4 and pi3 using version 4.7.12 of the retropie setup script. This is the official release, not an unsupported image.
Now my arcade roms (zipped) take a good few minutes to load, and also exit.
My other roms which are all unzipped load and exit fine.
Any ideas? This also happens when using a wired controller (I have read there can be slowdowns caused by bluetooth battery checks).

      Thanks!

@dopedtoinfinity please fill out https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first with an example of a game that is slow to load, including verbose log. i've never had an arcade game take a few minutes to load - typically it's a couple of seconds.

          Hi,

After looking at the runcommand log, I didn't see anything weird, especially since the slowness tended to before runcommand had started.

I reinstalled Alexander Shalin's rclone script for cloud syncs and the problem is sorted.

Thanks for being there ready to help 😀
