      Does RetroPie work on the Raspberry Pi with one USB port? Idk which one this is. But here is what i looks like.

        That looks like a model 1A, so yes - it works.

            Im guessing the same applies for the Model 1A when building a handheld, since everyone uses a model b+ or 4

              @skylo It's not quite the same. The 1A model is one of the first Pi model and it's a single core 700Mhz system, no WiFi and just 512 Mb memory. It doesn't compare to a Pi4 or 3b+, which are still in current (in fabrication). You'd be better getting a Zero W model for a handheld build.
