Runcommad not install.

I can't install run command and the games will not go run. When I try to run a game it is just the desk top screen backs back out and retro pi freezes. It can't found what it needs to install

Runcommandis installed automatically since is a core package, did you get any errors while installing RetroPie, maybe you have an incomplete install ? -
Added splash screen on it and downloaded all the splash screens for it rebooted . Says that it says that I'm missing things then I have try to start and restart and reinstall everything I think I've missed this thing up real bad I wish I knew how to get it back to a factory but also don't have no computer and I'm doing everything headless and through my phone

Then how did you install RetroPie ? You haven't provided any of the info requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
