i search for a Rasperry PI 4 German Retro Image, with Games in German (rom's / language).

The only image we support here is the one you can install yourself from retropie.org.uk/download.
As explained in the forum rules, links to download ROMs or other copyrighted material are not allowed and this include pre-made images with games.

Maybe someone can write to me privately and help me, of course I don't want to violate any forum rules.
There are some ready-made images but only ever with UK / USA version. Maybe someone has something else or can help me.

I'm confused why you'd think that private messaging you links to ROMs/images would not be against the forum rules. There's no PMs in this forum for this very reason.

Besides from the fact that it is against the rule to search for prebuilts: there are no german / european buillds.
I have never seen any in-da-house-image created by a cool-boyz-crew from Munich, Oslo, London or Amsterdam.
It seems to be an all american thing to avoid own work.

If you need any help creating your own image feel free to ask here.
There are resources and options to build a gernan based image.
I.e. you are even able to set some arcade games from Atari and Capcom (Dungeons and Dragons, Aliens vs. Predator, Xybots,...) to german language.
