Arcadia roms to blank screen

Running a P4 arcade with Retropie. I'm having a problem getting Arcadia to work. It shows up in Emulation Station fine, but all I get is a black screen when launching roms using lr-mess (which has been updated and works fine on others like Astrocade). I read, in detail, the following post (granted it was for the Pi3 but I figured it wouldn’t matter):
I checked every line and it all matches up perfectly. So, what am I missing here?
