Jetson nano background music
-
Hallo
I recently purchased an Nvidia Jetson nano developer kit 2 gb and I Installed the last offiacial retropie built.
Compared to an overclocked pi4 Jetson nano is wonderful I must be honest .... but there are some small problems ( Just 3 ....) that make me far to complete a perfect low cost retro gaming machine.
Actualy i am focused on the main frustrating, the Background music.
I tried all the tutorial found on the web but I am totally unable to making it works
-
Sound in game works
-
Retropie system sounds works
-
Every ubuntu 20.04 desktop sound works
-
Only the bgm music fail .
If i must post some log or setup desription please let me know , thanks in advance for the support
-
-
I had a small step forward
If i create a runcommand-onend.sh with
mpg123 -z /home/pi/Musica/*.mp3 &
music start correctly when i exit from a game so still don't understand how to launch it while emulationstation start

@rommell76 Have you tried this? It works for me on a Pi 3B+, but I don't know if it does exactly what you want.

@weirdh Hi
Yest I tried, but bgm player is specific for raspberry pi board and doesn't work on Jetson nano I solved in another way , launching the autostart.sh directly from a init script from ubuntu on login and now everything works.
This board is really great but many "easy features " are so complicated due not so much documentation. -
@rommell76 Ah, I didn't know that. Good to hear you did get it working, though.
