The 'downgrade' is only for the SDL libraries, your system hasn't been 'downgraded' to 32bit, it's still a 64bit install.

@mitu
Thank you for the fast answer:)But the main Problem is
That retropie thinks it is in 86x
I can t install "for an example splashscreen,
Oder other "Mods" that need 64x bit sytem.
Did you know what i mean ? -
@marius-98 splashscreen module is only available for the Raspberry Pi.
-
@buzz there are many other "mods" that i cant install.
Now i can install psx2 from "Experimental"
But some "mods" are marked red and when ich want to install it tells me that this mod only can run on 64x -
@marius-98 They don't say that. You are misunderstanding the text. Which module do you want to run that you cant?
-
@buzz okay solved my Problem:)
I just think that my retropie runs on x86.
But ita okay it runs normal:)
Big thanks -
@mitu @BuZz i see at https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/blob/master/scriptmodules/emulators/pcsx2.sh that pcsx2 is still marked as 32-bits only, however nowaday (since last year ?) pcsx2 should be able to run natively in 64-bits mode.

@barbudreadmon It is, but we install it using their Ubuntu PPA, which doesn't provide (yet) x86_64 packages. I've been checking from time to time to see if they've added/enabled 64bit builds, but so far they haven't added them.

I got retroarch libretro's pcsx2 working if anyone wants
to make a script for this one as well..A different bios location is needed so far...
Instructions are in the last post on thread link below.
