Issues Launching Amiga and Amiga CD32 - Kickstarts not recognized

Re: lr-puae: Kickstarts are not being copied to the WHDLoad helper disk image
Similar to the post above I am having an issue with my Amiga games (Especially CD32 games).
According to https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Amiga/#whdload-disc-images - when launching a WHDLoad LHA image in lr-puae, kickstarts should automatically copied into the disk image. (Presumably, into devs:kickstarts)
This doesn't seem to be happening. Some WHDLoad images don't need a copy of the kickstart, and they work fine, but the ones that do don't currently work, throwing an error about the missing kickstart.
My copy of that file matches the required checksum in the documentation and I have had the kickstart files in the BIOS folder PRIOR to attempting to launch games initially. I deleted the WHDLoad directory from my relevant roms folders (Also having issues with ADA required roms not loading (I have my regular Amiga games in one fdirectory and my CD32 games in another) yet no progress.
I am running version 4.7.19, updated lr-puae with the most recent binary on a Pi4B and did use a clean retropie install.
So in a nutshell I get the following errors when attempting to launch games:
Regular Amiga:

CD32:

Thanks in advance!

I was able to resolve my issue by grabbing copies of my retroarch configs from a previous backup (even though I didn't make any changes to these ones), slapping them in, then reinstalling from Binary. Pretty odd, but; linux! lol

@fnkngrv Hi, i have same problem, but i read to use amiberry and put in the folder bios:
CD32 Extended-ROM rev 40.60 (1993)(Commodore)(CD32).rom
Kickstart v3.1 rev 40.60 (1993)(Commodore)(CD32).romgames of cd32 are only in cue or iso
for me in that solution work ;)
