Wifi keyboard commit

I just want to say a big thanks to people adding in that keyboard python code to the RetroPie-Setup script. That makes it a ton easier to get wifi working on handheld builds like the retroflag gpi. Having an onscreen keyboard is a great QOL feature for that function.
