My Retropie has been working fine, but I updated to 4.7.1 and now my Samsung TV (circa 2011) won't pick up the signal. It can see "raspberry" in the Anytime+ (CEC) menu, but won't pick up a signal from that input. I've tried different cables and inputs, but the problems persists. However, when I plug it into my PC monitor (Asus, 2011), it works without a problem.

I just reinstalled from scratch using Raspberry Pi imager, and immediately plugged it into the TV to find no signal. I'm using HDMI0 output on my Pi 4B.

@deltagemini Hi, not sure it applies to you but I had similar problems myself on my previous Samsung TV. I switched to HDMI1 instead on the RPI4 and it fixed the issue. Haven't noted any negative effects from it, but it's forced to 1080p.

@stuffu thanks! I might try that. I just installed 4.7.0 and it works fine on HDMI0. Looks like this is a bug introduced in 4.7.1.

@stuffu I now have it working.

I installed the 4.6 build, tested it and it ran fine. I then update to 4.7.20 (didn't know that was out) and it's running fine now.
