Pi Model or other hardware: 4 8GB Model
      Power Supply used: 5V
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.7.1
Built From: Darish Zone Retro Machine 512GB
USB Devices connected: 8Bitdo USB Wireless Receiver
Controller used: Xbox Series X Controller
Error messages received: Not powered after boot.

      Good afternoon!

I know that connect an Xbox Series X controller is tricky right now but the 8Bitdo Wireless receiver works fine, the only problem is this usb is not powered after a reboot. I need to remove the dongle and connect it again.

I do not have this kind of issue with my keyboard or my mouse, only with these usb dongle.

Can you help me please? Thanks so much.

We don't support 3rd party images here in the forums.

Use the image from retropie.org.uk/download and run an full update (OS and RetroPie packages), then try again and see if the dongle is detected after reboot.
