Tried Github desktop Mac; made things quite faster.

SVG not really suitable for photos (the player).

Best I could do (Es does not support blurring & transparencies; too many nodes would also slowdown ES): vertical and horizontal.

Nodes for the letters could be improved but it would take a significant amount of time just aligning perfectly and probably would not change overlall look.

Had no time to test on Retropie; used standard system.svg page.

@UDb23 I would like to download the capcom_ps1 ps2 and ps3 svg logos. When looking in the rpie-custom/vendor/ I receive 'Sorry, this file is invalid so it cannot be displayed.' How can I access these? Are they in another location?

It's just because Github cannot display SVG files.
Just click on the RAW button, this will show you the actual SVG file content (txt); 'save as' from your browser and you get the actual SVG file.

the author should be TDK of Hysperspin forum (at the moment this logo is no longer available on the forum ... link problems)

I edited it, creating some versions.
I don't know Adobe Illustrator well ... I hope you like them :)

Another request of sorts: does anyone have (or know where to get) a higher resolution version of the Batsugun Special Version marquee logo? The only one I can find, googling or otherwise, is this one, which is decidedly more pixelated than these logos usually are:

Regular Batsugun has no shortage of high res logos, but the Special Version is not as lucky, it seems.

@mitu No, that's also still the regular version. Those are floating around plenty. I also managed to find this one, but that's cheating imo, as it's not the actual game logo...

EDIT:
I managed this with an automated online vectorizer (I know nothing of this process). Not great, but at least it's something.
