Hello my friends. I have a problem with an rpi3B connected to a dell monitor 2007FPb. Two days ago worked fine. Today i switched it on and it went into power save mode. After that it says "Out of range signal Cannot display the video mode, change computer display output to 1600x1200 60hz.

I am reading all day, i have changed everything possible in the config.txt file but nothing. It shows a purple line on the left side and after that is entering in power save mode. I know that the sd card is working, i know that the pi is working i know that the monitor is working. Is there something i can do to fix that? Can you please help?

*edit: After that i hooked up the pi on a different monitor, again nothing. But when i hooked it up on the first monitor it worked. But when i shut it down from the menu and turned it back on, again black screen and went to power saving mode.

"Entering Power Saving Mode" is actually an issue with the monitor and not the pi.

why do I keep running into problems
