Hey i have this problem with switch pro controller

my switcch pro controller is weird so in super mario 64 i can only run when i am walking backwards its like that in every game its like the deadzone is weird but on my switch and its just fine

Have you tried installing the Nintendo Switch controller drivers as mentioned in the Docs page?
https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Nintendo-Switch-Controllers/The sensitivity / input range without that driver is not enough to recreate the full tilt range of N64 sticks.
