Gamelist-Translator : quickly translate games descriptions

Hi,
I have created a script which allows to translate game descriptions inside a gamelist.xml without launching a new scraping.
(thanks to a powershell script and Google Translate)If you are interested :

- You can change the target language inside the script.
- list itemCreate backup of the original gamelist.xml before modification (the backup will be named gamelist-yyyy-MM-dd_HHmmss.xml)
- list itemShould support accents / UTF8 in the right way.
