      Hello,

Have an issue connecting PS3 controllers (non official ones). I tried several things with 2 different models (cechzc2h a1 and cechzc2u).

Pi Model or other hardware: PI4
      Power Supply used: stock
      RetroPie Version Used : 4.8
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: 2 DragonRise joystick and button kit
      Controller used: USB and Bluetooth
      Error messages received:
PS3 Controller are recognized as XBOX controllers
      Verbose log (if relevant):
      Guide used:
Retropie documentation to connect PS3 controllers and several internet sites
      File: N/A
      Emulator: All
Attachment of config files: No logs, controllers do not connect nor in USB or in Bluetooth
How to replicate the problem: connect the controller

I tested with a genuine Sony PS3 controller and it works fine.

      Thanks for your help

If your controller have a small switch in the back then try to change the position.

My English isn't at a good level.
