NES30 Pro issue - 3.6
-
Pi Model: Pi3
RetroPie Version Used: 3.6
Built From: SD card
USB Devices connected: Keyboard
Controller used: NES30 ProI am a total NOOB but have (after much messing about) got my NES30 to pair with my retropie. If I connect either via bluetooth or USB the issue is the same.
The controls map and work fine in the retropie front end, and I also get the yellow confirmation of the controller in use when I launch a ROM, but when the game loads, the controls dont work. For example if I play super marioworld on the SNES, the dpad works and the select button makes mario jump, but nothing else works. If I launch NHL hockey on the megadrive, nothing works at all (and this is the same on all other ROMS).
I have updated the setup script and also updated the NES30 firmware to the latest, but the result is the same.
My retroarch-joypads folder contains a single file called 8BitdoNES30Pro.cfg and is as per this image
Please help?
ThanksPaul

Hi,
Did you ever get this working? This describes my problem exactly and I've spent hours scouring the internet for a solution. The above suggestion (Changing input driver) was unsuccessful.
