    Cannot install Scalper, Retropie v4.8

      Hi All, I have recently re-entered the retropie space with a raspberry pi4 4gig with a 128gig SD Card. The SD card had an old install on it from some 3 -4 years ago so i updated retropie via the internet.
      When it was complete i tried to install the scalper package but it failed. I read that another user had success in resolving the issue by re-installing retropie, so i downloaded the raspberry pi imager and re-installed retropie. Ive attempted to re-install the scalper package and am getting the same error as previous.
      I pulled the logs off via WinSCP and saw the following

      src/github.com/J-Swift/thegamesdb-swagger-client-go/client.go:440: dec.DisallowUnknownFields undefined (type json.Decoder has no field or method DisallowUnknownFields)
      /home/pi
      /home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/tmp/build/scraper /home/pi
      Could not successfully install Scraper for EmulationStation by Steven Selph (/home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/tmp/build/scraper/scraper not found).
      /home/pi

      I manually created the scraper folder and attempted to install scalper again via Putty and am now only seeing the following.

      Ive done a bit of googling and can only find errors from 2017 -2018 about golang but suspect my issue doesnt relate to them.

      Any idea on how i can resolve this issue.
