      Hey everyone
      Im on latest retropie 4.8.2
      10 buster
      Using composite on a crt

i couldnt find answers anywhere here or maybe only on my side

the thing id like to do is play yabasanshiro/drastic and leave on running while i can step out and not have this issue.

the issue is when playing either of theses emulators and leave the game running which will be running for hours and over night as i got to work but after the m30 sega gamepad turns off than try to turn it back on it connects fine but wont let me do anything with the gamepad to play the game anymore.
This works fine with retroarch emulators

Kind of a fix: i need to use the keyboard to exit and or if i reconfigure on yabasanshiro menu works again, this seems like on the emulators side not the gamepad.
But still not a easy fix 😭

Im wondering what is the issue as i can reconnect to everything else fine like RA mentioned above, i tested this on ppsspp and works fine
i thought since its a standalone it would act the same.

It seems that the connection resets when my gamepad disconnects happens while running theses 2 emulator.

Not sure if this is a bug or what or if i might just gonna connec to my pi with usb cable?

      Thanks in advance

@notthesame Please don't tag the moderators explicitly unless there's a forum issue. Tagging me won't get you any answers faster - personally, if I have a solution or a comment to make, then I'll add it to the post.

@notthesame i got a fix which works, i use a m30 and Start and B and than plug in this is for Dinput for standalone emulators and will keep gamepad active and i can now set out.

This should work for any other 8bitdo

            Thanks again😃✌
