Turn on scrolling in systesm view for description ?

Hi all,
i wonder if it is possible to turn on the scrolling of the description text in the systems view ?There is a scrolling effect in the description of games in detail view and i wonder if it is hardcoded or a theme thing if this scrolling effect will also be possible for systems description.
I use the fundamentals theme and a pi 4 on linux by the way.Best regards
