ScummVM and DosBox-Games from GOG

I would like to play some ScummVM or DosBox games from my GOG library on Retropie.
Example Legend of Kyrandia1. In the installation directory there is a shortcut to start under Windows and a ScummVM directory, etc., but not a directory that I think I could simply copy to Retropie. No Exe or Bat. Is there a standard procedure here? Do the games have to be converted somehow?

I have transfer Blade Runner (GOG) from my pc to Retropie. After the installation of the game, a GOG folder created into the C:\ inside was the game folder that i transfer to scummvm RetroPie folder.
