I've installed the latest EmulationStation files from Github and on boot I receieve this error. Can someone please advise.

Thanks for your reply. Yes this seems to be my issue. It does run correctly from the ES folder. Do I need to move the folder somewhere to get it to boot automatically like before?

Not necessarily, you can copy the resurces folder to $HOME/.emulationstation and make sure it's readable by the user running emulationstation. Note that you'll still need to create the rest of the configuration files (es_systems.cfg) and copy at least a theme under $HOME/.emulationstation/themes.
