OPENMSX Standalone with new v9990 .rom. How do I run it? -Openmsx retropie experts wanted!

Hi. I currently have the openmsx standalone emulator in my retropie. I just obtained a rom that " runs on any MSX with at least 16K of RAM, a V9990 VDP and OPL4 sound chip." We'll call it Demo.rom
Could someone help me , if you have any time, with
- what systemroms and extensions are needed and where to put them on the pie
- After i start the emulator with the rom , what must i type after hitting f10 to make this work?
