Getting game help for Amiberry Help with WHDLoader

HI all, Im new to using retropie and getting into the old games from my youth. I was interested in the Amiberry part as I still have my old amiga 1200. I can get some of my games to run in the .lha format but not all.

Where is the best place please to get help from other users regarding getting certain games working?

This forum is a good starting place.

Make sure you mention the version of Amiberry and the name of the .lha file you're trying to use. Read on the Amiberry wiki about the BIOS files needed for emulating various Amiga models and make sure you have the correct files when the .lha game needs it.

The version of amiberry im running is v5.6.4 (2023-11-19) have run the lasted WHDownlaod xml. my system is an Pi4 B+ running retropie

Im trying to get The secret of monkey island running as a example, file SecretOfMonkeyIsland_v3.5_1625.lha

I have the following kickroms in the amiga BIOS folder and tok this from the wiki page you mentionsed

however running monkey island from the lauch page on retropie and i get the following error filling the screen

There's no error posted. Did you forget to post the error or the screenshot of the error ?

@johnboy9809 I second mitu about the error screenshot. If you can post it that would be certainly helpful.

Then can you delete any Kickstart without the little green checkmark from the wiki page please?

Last your Monkey Island package is rather old. The latest version is SecretOfMonkeyIsland_v3.7_1625.lha (please note that package exists in several languages as well like SecretOfMonkeyIsland_v3.7_Fr_1750.lha).
