I have just installed RetroPie on my Raspberry Pi 4 and I wanted to get multiple controllers set up so I can play multiplayer games. I followed step by step the guide linked bellow and they do connect to my pi but when I go to configure input it only detects my keyboard and my Wii U pro controller. When I go into the bluetooth config and go into paired and connected devices it shows that my left joycon is indeed connected.

Pi Model or other hardware: Raspberry Pi 4 B, 8GB of RAM.
Power Supply used: Raspberry Pi official power supply
RetroPie Version Used: I'm pretty sure it's 4.8, as that is what appears in the retropie setup.
Built From: I got the image from the Raspberry pi imager.
      USB Devices connected: A keyboard.
Controller used: A Wii U pro controller and a 3rd party joycon (the left one).
      Guide used: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Nintendo-Switch-Controllers/
How to replicate the problem: Get RetroPie 4.8 from the Raspberry pi imager, install dkms hid nintendo and joycond, go into the bluetooth menu and connect both of my joycons, go to configure input.
